"I made a mistake in the online booking form but realised as soon as I received the confirmation. Original booking was £97 (plus £1.50 sms booking confirmation I hadn’t asked for). I called you (not possible to change online) and you agreed to make the change but I received no confirmation and called again several times to get confirmation of new cab, each time waiting for minimum 20 mins on hold and was told you were still trying to find someone to do the job. I told you that I would try to find someone else as needed to know I was getting home and eventually you said they could make the change but it would now be £128. I said I would cancel and get someone else but was told no refund so I’d lose the £98. I had to go ahead and when I received email confirmation it was £134. A very expensive mistake. Cab was half an hour late in the end. My evening at a party really spoilt holding on to speak to to you. My original call to try and amend booking was at 17.12 and confirmation with new extortionate price arrived 23.45. I would not use again."
